MÉ·US is a boutique Pilates and Barre studio in Heidelberg Bahnstadt, Langer Anger 201 to 203, right opposite the tram stop Eppelheimer Terrasse. We teach mat Pilates, barre, and reformer and tower classes on BASI Systems equipment. On the equipment there are never more than three people per class, on the mat and at the barre never more than ten.

Are the classes taught in English?
Classes are taught in German and English. Many exercises are shown, not only explained. If you would like English cues, just tell us when you arrive or write to us before your first class.
How do I book a first class?
Choose a class in the online schedule and book it in two steps. The booking pages are in German. The Intro Experience costs 69 € for one mat class, one barre class and one class on the equipment.
