Our reformer and tower classes run on Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat in three levels, from beginners to equipment mix. With at most three people per class, springs, foot bar and position are set up for you, and Anastasija corrects you personally. A trial class on the equipment costs 39 €.

Questions
Are the classes taught in English?
Classes are taught in German and English. Many exercises are shown, not only explained. If you would like English cues, just tell us when you arrive or write to us before your first class.
How do I book a first class?
Choose a class in the online schedule and book it in two steps. The booking pages are in German. The Intro Experience costs 69 € for one mat class, one barre class and one class on the equipment.
Where is the studio?
Langer Anger 201 to 203, 69115 Heidelberg Bahnstadt, right opposite the tram stop Eppelheimer Terrasse (line 22). Paid parking on Grüne Meile.
